FL系列沸腾制粒机(一步制粒) FL Series boiling granulating mach

工作原理

该机由主机、空气处理系统、加热系统、浆料处理系统、控制系统等组成。工作时,物料加入沸腾制粒机的料仓,按工艺要求设定程序和参数,整机开始工作。空气经过空气处理系统过滤、经加热系统加热后进入主机内;浆料经过浆料处理系统送入喷枪喷入腔体内的物料上,使粉体进行粘结,形成颗粒。按设定的程序与参数完成操作后,将料仓推出与提升转料机锥斗扣合提升出料或利用真空上料器将物料抽到高位整粒机整粒,有效地控制粉尘与交叉污染。

Working principle

This equipment is composed of main machine (Processor), air handlingunit (AHU); binder solution treatment, heating and control systems. Whenoperating, charge the materials into the FBG Bowl, set the procedure andparameters according to process requirements and then, start the processor. Theinlet air is filtered by the air handling unit (AHU) and heated by the heatingsystem, and then the processed air enters the processor to blow up materialsinto fluidization condition. Afterwards, the binder solution system sprays thesolution into the processor by the means of a spray gun to agglutinate with thematerials and granules are formed. When the operation has been finishedaccording to the set procedure and parameters; move out the FBG Bowl to lockwith NTF Series Pharma Lifter for FBD/FBG Bowl for lifting and discharging theproduced granules. During the whole process, powder dust and cross pollutionare effectively controlled.

Features

It has areasonable structure with stable performances and easy operation; the wholemachine has no dead angle or protruded screws. PLC is designed to ensure afully automatic control. All the operations are automatically finishedaccording to the customer"s set parameters; moreover, process parameters can beprinted and records of original data are fully truth and reliable. FL SeriesFluid-Bed Granulators comply entirely with GMP requirements for medicineproduction.
